Our basement has a side room that has never flooded. It is 5 feet high and 12 ft by 12 ft. The floor is cement and there are wooden shelves all the around the edges.
Access Rules
You’ll have to enter through the house to get to the storage area. Access available between 9am-8pm. To ensure we are here, call first.
