Hi, I do private property management. I also live in the building. A few extra spaces. A 6 x 15 it’s in a luxury apartment complex in the spectrum of Kearny Mesa. The rate is very inexpensive, compared to similar listings with the area let alone private 24 hour access.
Access Rules
Upon lease approval, you will be issued your own personal electronic access, key, traditional rules and laws and regulations apply. If lost there is $150 replacement fee if locked out or locked the key inside there will be an emergency contact as this unit is a 24 hour access unit.
