Host Space Description

Renting out the entire basement as general household self storage. The basement is approx 700 sq ft. It is unfinished and completely empty. There is no central heating or cooling, but I have no objections to fans being utilized, there are a few outlets scattered about, lighting is adequate for visibility at night, there is one average sized access door at ground level, and access via a staircase that leads into the home. I only want to rent to one renter and the space will be all theirs. They will have their own key and can access through the ground floor entry door any day between the hours of 6am to 11pm. If access is needed outside of those hours, please schedule the time with me prior to showing up.
