Host Space Description

Hello and welcome to my Storage Space Description. Thanks for dropping by.

My Spare room is located on the 2nd floor of a town house. I will initially help with any loading unloading.

The space has the following dimensions. 2.2M x 2.5M X 2.6M.

I have replaced the carpets and curtains and have recently made the room damp-proof and mould-free in readiness for renting out the storage space.

The storage space is well ventilated and well heated during the winter.

You will have access to the only key for the items once the space has been rented out.

There is a smoke alarm in the room and the house is completely secure with someone always present during the day and night.

The house is never left empty.

This particular space is suited to storing many boxes for online merchandise businesses such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon.

Access will require at least 24 hour notice.

We will ensure that the room is left undisturbed, your privacy is our priority.
