Fantastic Spare Room available within a 3 bed flat with Kitchen and Bathroom facilities too.

This space is perfect for the storage of household/business goods, boxes and other items. The room also has a cupboard for storage too. The room has two large windows, electric heater on the wall and power points on two walls.
The cupboard is pretty basic – no power points in there, and it’s not temperature controlled. Or the room can be used as a home office too.
If you run a home business but don’t have the space….I have the space!

Close to Southend and Westcliff Train Stations. Within walking distance to Southend high street. There are local car parks available too.
We are very flexible; If you’d like to rent for only one week, that’s fine. If you’d like to rent for two months, that’s also fine.
