We require a 6-month lease (month-to-month after first 6), first month’s rent and 500.00 refundable security deposit. Copies of title and current registration of stored goods/items and driver’s license are required. All applicants must complete a background check paid for by applicant (50.00 per adult, non-refundable). Must be employed or have provable Income.
