Bedroom for rent- preferably to be used as storage space. This bedroom is located on the lower level of my home. Includes closet space as well. Willing to work with you on accessibility conditions. Rates negotiable depending on what you use the room for. May increase or decrease from $100/month.
Access Rules
I prefer to be home at the time that the room is accessed. Because this is located in my home where I spend a majority of my time, the window of opportunity for you to access your items is quite flexible and broad.
