Offering open air outdoor parking/storage space on our 11 acre property in Southern NH. This property is located at the end of a quiet, remote dead end road and abutts over 100 acres of conservation land and the owners live on site with their 2 dogs and a pair of “guard turkeys” to deter trespassers. There are several large open areas that are availiable to you and most are easily accessed by dirt roads. Currently we are offerring open air storage but have limited space availiable in storage containers as well. We are open to discussing any canopy or cover that you might like to put up to better protect your property.
Along with privacy and security, this location offers miles of private trails suitable for off road trucks/suvs, 4 wheeled ATVS, snowmobiles and even a dirt bike track.
We are located just 1 HR from Boston, Manchester and Nashua. Rental prices range from $50/month and higher depending on your needs. Please contact me to discuss your needs and I will be able to work on a fair monthly or weekly fee with you.
Access Rules
Each agreement will be negotiated individually depending on needs. We offer basic storage access with access during daylight hours to start and access would be limited to coming to check on your property only. If you are hoping to do any upgrades, maintanence or repair work to vehicles/boats/atvs/equiptment then we will do our best to provide you with the best area for your needs as well as provide electric and water. Any of the features that have been listed can be made availiable to you when we draft your unique agreement.
