Spare bedroom plenty of room to store stuff as well as stack, air-conditioned and can be locked with no issues. Access will have to be arranged with house owner for entry and moving stuff. No food products or anything that will attract bugs. Any damages/bugs will result in additional charges to fix the issue.
Access Rules
Must call home owner and set up times to move in/out and access product. Anything that is valuable must be insured by the renter, homeowner not responsible.
