Large 2 car garage/shop for rent, 25’ x 25’. The structure is a barn style building. Includes electrical and deep sink with some wall cabinets and work bench.

Please note this structure is towards the back of a residential property, accessed via a gravel driveway. Also, there is a studio apartment above that has someone living there – so there will be noise ordinances in place to be respectful of top tenant.

Garage door is brand new, but is only 8’ high. Just got 2 new windows as well.
