Host Space Description

Over 1050 square feet of attic space available for rent. Rent the whole floor, or a section as needed. Owner occupied home located on a low traffic dead-end street. Limited time long term discounts applicable: pay for one (1) year get the last month free, pay for six (6) months get the last month half-off. Extra enclosed 300+ square feet room available if required.

Year-long renters are allowed access four (4) times per year, with forty-eight (48) notice required.
Other renters’ access would be proportionate to their rental duration.
All access is based on the hosts’ availability (in such case where host is unavailable to allow renter access, the nearest agreed upon date convenient to both parties will be honored).
