This covered garage is conveniently located near shopping centers and main street. 2 spaces are available for rent starting July1st 2022. Space can be used for vintage/collection car or storage. No in and out daily parking or repairs on site. These are storage units.
Access Rules
This is meant for storage. If car is parked in the space, no daily in and out access is allowed as I have tenants who use the driveway. Daily access is allowed if freeing the driveway is not required
