This garage is perfect for a car (comfortably fits a Dodge Dart, Kia Optima, and like sized vehicles), or perfect for household type storage items/boxes!
The offered space (24’x10’x8′) is going to be half of the garage. On the other half of the garage will be my personal belongings and vehicle.
The garage is an enclosed space, and the home is located in a safe and secure subdivision. The garage also includes an exterior keypad for access. The home has a full security system with notice posted on the exterior of the home. The garage and home also have commercial pest control included!
Rental agreements can be on a monthly to three month basis.
Access Rules
Please contact me prior to arrival to coordinate access. 24 hour notice is preferred, however I can be flexible with 4 hour notice. I know that things come up unexpected and will do my best to work with you to accommodate you :) The garage is a covered space with an exterior keypad for access.
