I have a completely empty attic available in the east Orlando area. I am located in Eastwood, and as such might be very close to you.
My attic is large, and it has plywood already put down for ease of storage. It has an attached ladder and a working light.
This Attic is completely empty, and in my garage which allows for easy access.
For a flat monthly fee, you can store your excess items in my attic space.
Aprox. 200 square feet, possibly more.
Access Rules
Access is available via Garage. This allows for easy unloading and loading of storage items. Acess will be available if you text beforehand. Several roommates with varying schedules result in someone almost always home. No access after 10 pm or before 7am. Exceptions can be made in advance. Last minute access can be arranged, but a typical 12hr advance notice is preferred.
