About this space
Charming two story cottage has a “treehouse” feel, with covered balconies and tree top views.
Private tabletop fire ring, Adirondack chairs, sheepskin throws.
Queen bed with double bed in sleeping loft.
First floor work space/ living area with TV and laundry.
Internet, cable TV, Netflix/Amazon. Does not have a full kitchen.
No stove, oven or cooktop.
Pool is CLOSED for the season
Spa is open, closes Jan. 4th.
Spa on pool deck is potentially SHARED with our guests in the main house if occupied.

The space
Please read thru the listing thoroughly on a laptop before booking so you know all the details and house rules.
You will have an abbreviated Airbnb version on your phone app.
This is NOT a hotel with a staff. You NEED to know and READ the self check in instructions / print outs in the cottage!
We accept first time airbnb users only under this condition.
Which means you can work out getting the cover OFF and ON the hot tub and understand where the controls are before you book!
Trying to do this in the dark, over the phone is not great.
There is a $100 fine for not covering the hot tub and turning off jets and light when not in use.
AND the fire ring on the balcony. (instructions are there)
You can guarantee the spa will be shared on weekends and holidays!
I have a house manager, who checks in on the spa every morning, but if he is called otherwise to come to the property, you will be charged.
$50 fee per guest after 2. Children included no matter the age. No additional guests allowed on the property, visiting or otherwise, not on your booking.
No charging of electric or hybred vehicles. There is a charging station in East Hampton Village.
Pets are always welcome. $25 per night, per pet applies. MUST inform management of how many and type of pet, dogs, cats, etc. before booking.
If you are planning additional guests, please notify management or call Anna directly.
This cottage has a “kitchenette”, NOT a full kitchen. No stove, oven or cooktop. A small sink, 1/2 fridge, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle only. Preparing all your meals in house is not really possible. If that is your plan, this is not the space for you. It is an open floor plan studio on one floor. To access the downstairs, or the first floor, you must go outside and down stairs. Same with the hot tub, you have to walk to the pool area and far corner. It is not off your deck.
Strict check in / check out times!

Check in 3PM, Check out 11AM. This is a stand alone building, not shared.
