About 1000 square feet of storage in temperate climate, dry basement of row home in South Philly. Pest free as well! Tons of space for a great price compared to any storage unit in Philadelphia. We only use basement for laundry. You can store a whole apartment down there. Someone is always home to let you in. We have a dog but she doesn\’t step foot in the basement. I can also offer a long term discount.

Someone will be home to let you in with just a few hours advance notice. I cannot provide the key since the basement entrance is inside of the home.
