Spare room inside my house, so climate control isn’t an issue. Roughly 150 sqft. Access will not be an issue and can put a lock on the door if necessary.
Access Rules
No issues with access. Alarm system which can be remotely disarmed. Depending on the situation, I might require being home for when you access it.
