We have an unfinished (meaning just one large space, no rooms) 1,200 sqft. garden unit in the UIC/Med District and an identical one in Pilsen. It has its own central heat & air and secure & gated entry. We’re looking to rent it out for medium-to-long term storage.
The Pilsen property also has two climate controlled 600 sqft attic units that we’re also looking to rent out as storage for $200/month.
