Access is allowed 1 hour after and 1 hour before sunset, 7 days a week, ensuring that you can retrieve your belongings when it’s convenient for you. While the garage is not gated, we have security cameras on the premises to ensure that your items are safe and secure. Please note that the landlord is not liable for anything stolen, so it’s important to take precautions.

$500 security deposit is required to be on file.

Our lease is month to month, giving you the flexibility to rent for as long or as short as you need. Rates may change, but we always strive to offer competitive pricing for our tenants.
