Insulated barn style shed with electicity, heat, a/c and wifi.
Month to month leasing which can be extended upon mutual agreement.
Property manage will keep a miniimum of items there but uses up less than 5% of space available.
Storage shelves must stay but remaining furniture is flexible.
No bathroom facility but there is a camper toilet.
Access Rules
Access is between 7 am and 10 pm. Have your own key but as property manager I will need to inspect space periodically. A standard lease will need to be signed.
