Need a place to store your things? A place to hold your stuff when moving, make your home, office/business feel less cluttered, store car(s), trailer(s), or just about anything? I am offering this space to one or multiple renters for $799/mon.

This is not a workshop , storage only please. Equal to roughly 7 8×18 Large storage units. Located in a safe residential neighborhood on my personal homes property outside of my fenced yard. Security: I have 2 dogs. I have motion lights, someone always usually home near by, and it will be locked at all times.

This is a steel shop that has lighting, not heated, stays dry, 10×10 bay door that rolls up, with a side man door for dual access. Located in SW Portland Near I5 and 217. This fully open 1000sqft shop is 20×50 and 12ft at the eaves 15ft at the top.

Responsibility for your items lays solely on you. Getting renters insurance is recommended. This is being offered as a storage space for longer term 6 months to 1yr+. You will be responsible for moving your items. There is a private driveway up to the shop. I will request that you give me a heads up whenever you plan to access the shop as courtesy.
