Host Space Description
Up to 10’x20’ attic storage above my 1-car garage. 8’ tall in the center, and 3’ at the lowest part of the roof pitch.

Dry, leak-free space covered by plywood and indoor/outdoor carpeting. Additional carpeting is available for the renter’s needs.
Installed a $600 new Werner aluminum access ladder for extra stability and had attic access completely rebuilt. There is a keyless entry panel for entrance and exit. Renter will have their own 4 digit entry code.
The 360-degree video camera coverage around the residence and garage — no blank spots anywhere. Motion-detecting lights also provide reasonable, overlapping coverage. Alarm messages and alerts are monitored by residents and professionally monitored with pass-through to police/fire.
This is a great space for your extra storage. Access is generally available by mutually agreed appointment Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renter can be available for weekend appointments on occasion, such as move-in/move-out.
This is a very quiet Cul de Sac with very little outside traffic. I’ve been here for over 6 years without an incident on the street. The renter is retired and in residence the majority of the time.
The attic has electricity and is on its own clearly labeled switch. The customer is responsible for light bulbs. The use of additional electricity must be pre-approved by the renter in writing.
Paint, petroleum products, and flammable materials are strictly forbidden, for example, candles, charcoal, and any other flammable or incendiary, etc. The attic is not ducted for HVAC.
